Kyle J. Soukup is on a mission to disrupt the status quo: whether that means forging innovative marketing strategies for startups or revolutionizing the transportation and logistics industry via a game-changing technology platform. A born entrepreneur, he’s quick to recognize gaps and opportunities for new solutions—which is why he founded Trucker Recruiters to address the supply chain and logistics crisis in a post-pandemic America. Starting out with little more than an idea, Kyle built Trucker Recruiters from the ground up, turning it into a radical platform set to transform Class A driver recruitment.
Before founding Trucker Recruiters, he developed and built-out marketing strategies for up-and-coming brands at Soukup Marketing: a full-service advertising agency he founded and operated. For the past 15 years, he’s worked with a variety of successful businesses from transportation and logistics service providers to health and fitness companies, real estate investment agencies, and more.
Director of Operations
As Director of Operations, Clint brings decades of experience in both the trucking and recruiting industries. And as a former Class B Driver, he knows what it’s like to be behind the wheel. Clint spent 8 years at UPS, working in aircraft operations, corporate training, and HR. He also spent time on the driver side while working at Feeders—a semi- and trailer-loading company—and at Coca Cola, where in addition to driving, he helped with loading and warehouse management.
On the hiring side, he’s served as a recruiter for Transforce (one of the largest recruiting and staffing agencies in the nation), Summit Trucking, and CPG. Before joining Trucker Recruiters, he worked as a customer service manager at DriverReach: a recruiting and compliance management system that helps driver recruiters build relationships, convert more leads, and hire more quickly.
Sales Director
Aaron brings over six years of entrepreneurial experience to Trucker Recruiters. Throughout his career, he has consistently demonstrated his ability to drive growth and achieve remarkable success in the direct-to-consumer (D2C) space.
One of Aaron’s notable strengths lies in his talent for spearheading effective growth initiatives. He has a proven track record of implementing strategies that have propelled previous brands to new heights. As a result of his contributions, these brands have garnered corporate recognition from reputable publications such as Inc. Magazine, Forbes, and Insider. This recognition serves as a testament to Aaron’s ability to create and execute successful business strategies.
In addition to his strategic prowess, Aaron is highly regarded for his innovative advertising campaigns. His talent and creativity in this area have led to his campaigns being recognized and featured by industry-leading platforms such as ADWEEK and Facebook Business. Aaron’s ability to think outside the box and create compelling marketing materials has been instrumental in driving brand awareness and attracting customers.
Furthermore, Aaron’s expertise in designing effective sales architectures has played a pivotal role in generating substantial revenue for previous companies. Through his meticulous planning and execution, he has successfully established numerous multi-million-dollar business-to-business (B2B) revenue channels. These channels have facilitated lucrative deals with renowned retailers including Target and Dick’s Sporting Goods, among others. Aaron’s negotiation skills and ability to build strong partnerships have been instrumental in securing these valuable business relationships.

With over 18 years of revenue leadership for companies large and small, Andries is adept at building technology startups, and scaling the business to achieve billion dollar outcomes.
Andries has held executive roles at adMarketplace, Outbrain, Near, and Updater, and led corp dev rounds resulting in over $500 million in funding. He is also the Co-Founder of Progeny, a premium watch brand dedicated to the younger generation, as well the Founder of the most transformative workplace solution, FlowSpace.
He is currently the Chief Growth Officer for Majestic Steel, a multi-billion Steel company, leading digital transformation, commercial, technology, marketing, corp dev, and strategy.
When he’s not in the office, he can be found competing in bike races, golfing, or spending time with his friends and family.

Brian Wood brings a wealth of expertise in both sales and navigating the digital landscape to our team. In his previous role at The Trademark Company, he established strong strategic alliances with corporations seeking brand protection.
Furthermore, Brian played a pivotal role in the digital transformation of the financial services sector while working at Virtual Financial, a subsidiary of TransAmerica.
His dedication extends to assisting truck drivers in finding new opportunities, leveraging not only our advanced technological algorithms but also leading our recruitment department to industry-leading excellence. Among his colleagues, he is affectionately known as “The Professor,” a moniker that has resonated across time zones within our ever-expanding Trucker Recruiters team.
